Elizabeth's Custom Catering, Inc. began in 1995  when a regular customer of our small sandwich shop 
in downtown Salt Lake City asked if we could cater one of our hot, homemade special meals to her offices for a meeting.

The exciting growth of  Elizabeth's Catering has been through one satisfied client after another 
sharing the news about our delicious food and great service.

Our Richard's Roundup Barbecue division launched in 1999 with exciting menus featuring our signature BBQ sauces (a Utah's Own product), 
and the best smoked ribs, brisket, and pulled pork in Utah!  
We really know barbecue!  Rubbed with own secret blend of spices, slow smoked, juicy and tender, It's  the BEST!! 
 Southern, Memphis-style, Barbecue fit for a King (or Queen)!

In October of 2007 we moved to our current 6,500sf  facility in the Metro West Business Park, 
stategically located to quickly reach our many customers all over the valley.

Elizabeth's Catering is a preferred vendor for Rice-Eccles Stadium and Tower,  Utah Olympic Oval, Memorial House at Memory Grove, 
Utah Museum of Fine Arts
Wheeler Farm, and the Utah State Fairpark, to name just a few!
