Breakfasts

(Minimum of 25 guests for breakfast delivery)

All Breakfasts served with Coffee and Bottled Juices

Executive Continental Breakfast

Includes an Assortment of Fresh Pastries which may include Bagels with cream cheese, jam, and butter,

English Scones, Danish, Cinnamon Rolls, Muffins, and Breakfast Breads.

Fresh Cut Fruit Bowl, Yogurt Parfait Bar with Granola.

Traditional Hot Breakfast

Scrambled Eggs, Bacon and Sausage Links, Country Breakfast Potatoes, fresh made Southern Style Biscuits with jam and butter.

French Toast

Two slices of French Toast with maple syrup , jam and butter served with Bacon, Sausage, Cinnamon Apples.

Lunch/Dinner Menus

All Lunch Selections come with an assorted dessert tray from our in house bakery, bottled waters, and sodas. (Minimum of 20 guests.)

Sandwich Selections

All meats are high quality and we use only fresh breads and natural cheeses.

Make Your Own Sandwich Buffet

platters with fresh cut deli meats, lettuce, tomato and pickles. Served with baskets of sandwich bread, pickle spears and potato chips.

Pre-made Sandwiches

A variety of deli sandwiches on fresh assorted breads displayed on platters. Served with one salad choice (potato, pasta, garden or fruit), pickle spears and potato chips.

BBQ Sandwiches

Your choice of one hot meat selection (tender smoked brisket, smoked pulled pork or shredded chicken. Served with hamburger buns, our signature BBQ sauces and potato chips.

Boxed Lunches

Gourmet deli sandwich, salad of the day (potato, pasta, garden or fruit) and potato chips.

Soup and Sandwich

Choice of homemade soup served with a gourmet deli sandwiches, pickle spears and cracker packs.

Fresh salad greens served with julienne style ham, turkey, swiss and cheddar cheese, a variety of other salad toppings, and fresh baked rolls and butter.

Asian Chicken Salad

Teriyaki chicken with Asian style greens including Napa cabbage, romaine, snow peas, mandarin oranges, red pepper, almonds, our signature Oriental dressing and fresh baked rolls and butter.

Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Zesty grilled chicken, romaine, parmesan cheese, cucumbers, mushrooms, red onion, croutons, creamy Caesar dressing and fresh baked rolls and butter.

Soup and Garden Salad

Choice of homemade soup served with garden salad, cracker packs and fresh baked rolls.

Taco Bar

Seasoned taco meat, refried beans, fiesta rice hard and soft shell tortillas, and a variety of toppings including our homemade salsa.

Taco Salad Bar

Tortilla chips, chopped lettuce, seasoned taco meat, ranch beans – add six toppings and you will know why this is popular.

Chicken Fajita and Burrito Bar

Tender chicken, refried beans, sliced peppers and onions, fiesta rice, topping items to include cheese, homemade salsa and sour cream. Served with chips and housemade salsa.

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Seasoned tender chicken and a special blend of Cheeses and Creamy Sauce will make this one of your favorites! Served with Fiesta Rice, Tortilla Chips, and our Homemade Salsa.

Chipotle Chicken

Boneless chicken breast topped with chipotle salsa, fresh cilantro and Mexican blend cheese. Served with fiesta rice, tortilla chips and homemade salsa.

Chicken Pita Bar

Warm pitas, juicy chicken and a variety of toppings. Served with a fruit bowl.

Chicken Cacciatore

Tender sliced chicken, onions, peppers and mushrooms with a savory tomato sauce. Served with linguini, garden salad and breadsticks.

Stuffed Shells

Filled with 3 cheeses, topped with marinara and Italian cheeses. Served with garden salad and breadsticks.

Meat or Vegetarian Lasagna

One of our favorites made with 5 cheeses, choose our vegetarian or meat. Served with garden salad and breadsticks.

Spaghetti with Meatballs or Grilled Veggies

Served with garden salad, parmesan cheese and breadsticks.

Chicken Entrees

Herbed Chicken

Tender strips of chicken breast in a red pepper and mushroom glaze. Served with wild rice pilaf, steamed baby carrots and fresh baked rolls and butter.

Roasted Chicken Oregano

Marinated in fresh lemon juice, onions and garlic. Served with lemon rice pilafi, Greek style green beans and fresh baked rolls and butter.

Rosemary Orange Chicken

Orange marinated chicken breast with fresh rosemary and a fresh orange slice. Served with orange cashew rice, garden salad and fresh baked rolls and butter.

Teriyaki Chicken

with pineapple and sesame seeds. Served with steamed rice, Asian style garden salad and fresh baked rolls and butter.

Loaded Chicken

Lemon Pepper Chicken

Chicken Pot Pie

Tender chunks of chicken, carrots, celery, onions and peas in a creamy sauce, topped with a puff pastry. Served with garden salad and fresh baked rolls and butter.

Meatloaf

Just like your mom’s (only better). Served with creamy mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables and fresh baked rolls and butter.

Baked Potato Bar

sautéed mushrooms, steamed broccoli, chili, cheese sauce and a variety of other toppings. Served with garden salad and fresh baked rolls and butter.

Traditional Pot Roast

Fall apart tender beef with roasted potatoes, carrots and onions. Served with garden salad and fresh baked rolls and butter.

Shepherd’s Pie

A fun layered dish with mashed potatoes on the bottom, a mixture of ground beef, carrots, peas and other vegetables in the middle and topped with biscuits. Served with garden salad and fresh baked rolls and butter.

Roasted Pork Loin

Savory sliced pork served with creamy mashed potatoes and gravy, steamed vegetables and fresh baked rolls and butter.
