China/Stemware:

China, Stemware, and Flatware are available.  Prices vary by piece, style, and 
menu requirements.  Please call for pricing.

Mileage Charge:

Delivery for the downtown Salt Lake City area is included (15 miles roundtrip).
For outside the Salt Lake City area the following rates apply:

.50 per mile port to port after the initial 15 miles allowance.

Staffing:

Buffet attendants are available at $20.00 per hour per attendant port to port.
Servers are available at $25.00 per hour. (one server per 24 guests) port to 
port.
There is a 4 hour minimum shift per server.

Payment:

All prices are "per person".   A minimum of 25 persons are required. All orders are
subject to a service charge of 21% and Utah State sales tax. 

We accept Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 

New clients are required to pay in advance.

For large events, a payment of $200.00 is required to secure your date, 50% of the 
balance is due one month in advance, with the balance due one week before the 
event.

Purchase orders will be accepted with invoice terms of net 10 days. Invoices over
30 days will be charged 1.5% per month. 

Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change.

Ordering:

We appreciate at least 48 hours notice when placing an order.  You are billed for 
the amount of guests for whom you order (the "guaranteed minimum").  We can 
add to this guest count up to 24 hours in advance.
  
We LOVE customers who place their orders at least a week in advance.  It is to 
your advantage to book as far in advance as possible.  Many days we fill up and 
are not able to take all orders.  December is an especially busy month for us.

We will always try to accommodate "last minute" orders, however an additional 
service charge of 10% may be incurred.

Final Counts:

Final counts (increases to the guaranteed minimum) will be accepted up to 24 
hours prior to the scheduled event.   We will do our best to accommodate "last 
minute" guest additions.

Cancellations:

Cancellations require a 48 hour notice. Events cancelled with less than 48 hours
notice may incur a 25% - 50% cancellation fee.  Payment in full is expected for 
cancellations on the day of an event.
