A couple of weeks ago I was in town attending a wedding held at the Univ. of Utah/Fort Douglas. I understand that it was your company who catered the event. At the luncheon, you served a wonderful Tortilini pasta salad, which included feta cheese a variety of vegetables and a tasty vinaigrette. It was absolutely delicious. I would love to have it again sometime and wondered if you could happen to share your recipe for the salad or even just the vinaigrette. It really was one of the best I've ever had. I just wish I lived in town so I could order it and enjoy it often. It really was something special. If it's against company policy, I absolutely understand. I guess that just gives me something else to look forward to when I visit again.
